Teams change.
The work doesn’t.
When teams grow, restructure, or shift direction, the way work gets done needs to change too.
Facet & Flow helps marketing and go-to-market teams see what’s getting stuck, what needs to change, and how to move forward.
How I Help
As marketing and go-to-market teams change, the way work gets done has to keep up.
Whether your team is growing, restructuring, building something new, or undergoing digital transformation, Facet & Flow helps you understand what’s happening, align on what should change, and build clearer ways of working across people, processes, and systems.
-
When things aren’t working but you can’t quite name why, stepping back to review helps you see how work is actually getting done, where the biggest bottlenecks are, and what needs attention first.
This typically includes a look at how work moves today, the key patterns helping or slowing the team down, and a sense of what to prioritize next. Scope and findings are shaped around your team’s specific situation.
-
For teams ready to rethink how work should move across marketing, sales, customer touchpoints, systems, and leadership priorities.
Starting with a shared understanding of the current state, this service helps define the future-state way of working: how teams, priorities, processes, systems, decisions, and handoffs should connect so work can move with more clarity and less drag.
-
For teams ready to turn alignment into practical action.
This service helps translate the agreed direction into the pieces needed to support the work: workflows, documentation, system requirements, operating rhythms, rollout planning, and change support people can actually use.

Need ongoing support? Fractional and project-based marketing and GTM operations leadership for when your team needs experienced direction, momentum, or extra capacity without adding a full-time role.
Hi, I’m Anita…
… and through 15+ years working across marketing, marketing operations, and go-to-market operations, I’ve learned that no part of a business works in isolation.
Marketing first made that clear to me because it connected to so many parts of the business: the offer, the customer experience, the data, the systems, the handoffs, and the way work moved from one team to the next.
As my work moved further into GTM operations, I kept seeing the same pattern: when work gets messy, the issue is usually somewhere between people, processes, and technology.
That is why I started Facet & Flow, to help changing marketing and go-to-market teams understand how work is really getting done, where things are getting stuck, and what needs to change so teams can move forward with more clarity.
